The location of the hotel is good, near the main center of town with a large supermarket across the street. It's also a short walking distance from the main museum. The apartments were spacious, which was a plus.
Disliked my stay. They didn't restock the food, so if you came late, you were out of luck.

Air conditioning.Staff were friendly and did their best.
Had an apartment with kitchen. No crockery or cutlery.Had to ask them to buy a small kettle. No toaster or microwave. No basic things you would expect even in a small b & b ie;complimentary tea, coffee, tissues etc.As a city Hotel all staff should have a reasonable command of English, some staff did not.

Comfortable bed and a great breakfast, they have everything you need. The restaurant nearby, Rest Restaurant, is just a 10-minute walk and it's the best spot to grab some food! 🍳

Easy access to a bus stop. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. Parking nearby was provided. We totally recommend it with confidence.
Nothing negative to say.

The hotel's location right next to the central bus station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and travel to nearby destinations. Additionally, being near the main centre of town meant that we had easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms that were spotlessly clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the breakfast provided was excellent, offering a variety of options such as cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, bread.
Not one thing.

Breakfast quality was poor. Poisoned myself the first day with eating cold scrambled eggs. Ran out of cereals, no hot water for making tea available. Skipped breakfast for the rest of the time of my stay...

Friendly hotel staff, very helpful with directions and when getting a taxi. The hotel is 10 min walk to the centre of town. A new Lidl store has just opened next door, very handy for quick stock-up of fruit, biscuits etc
The decor of various shades of pink was less than pleasant. The basement dining room was rather bleak. The staff were lovely, food adequate. excellent value for money. This hotel appeared to be used by Bulgarians - not a tourist hotel, but more interesting for that reason.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to public transportation and easy to find. the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Plus, the room had a nice view of the city, which was enjoyable to wake up to in the morning.
The room was not up to standard. There was rubbish left behind in the bin, and the couch had stains on it.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the central bus station, making it easy to access transportation. It is also away from the main museum, providing a quieter atmosphere. the rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Some guests have mentioned that the breakfast options are limited and not very appealing.
